STORM is committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your services, simply contact our guest relations and we will arrange for you to come back in and correct the service. We ask that you call us within 7 days of your original appointment. You are also free to visit any STORM location for the correction as well as any of our service providers.
All services are by appointment only. If you need to cancel an appointment we appreciate at least 24 hours notice.
