The role of the colour specialist is to provide guests with excellent service and to provide services such as colouring, perming and styling of hair. Colour specialists may also do services such as extensions and special occasion hair based on their training. In addition, the specialist will educate the salon guest in all areas of product knowledge and styling techniques. They will also live and demonstrate the Storm Guiding Principles and Beliefs, utilize these in the performance of their job, and will be a Team player in every moment.

The role of the hair stylist is to provide guests with excellent service and to provide services such as cutting, and styling of hair. In addition, the stylist will educate salon guests in all areas of product knowledge and styling techniques. They will also live and demonstrate the Storm Guiding Principles and Beliefs, utilize these in the performance of their job, and will be a team player in every moment.

The role of an Apprentice is to provide guests with an unforgettable experience and learn the fundamentals of the salon industry. Duties include assisting Stylists, Barbers and Colourists. This includes, but not limited to, performing shampoos, stress relieving treatments, hand massages, colouring applications and finishing of clients.
